Born 1943, Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture.
Studied under the late Taikichi Irie, master photographer from Ymatoji, Nara.
Photographed the Buddha statues at Tosanji and Nariaiji Temples on Awaji Island after becoming familiar with tha Buddha statues of Kyoto and Nara while working under Mr.Irie.
After returning to Awaji Island, held a one-man exhibition at Hyogo Prefectural Awaji Cultural Hall.
Exhibits his landscape photos and other works in the Suimonkai exhibitions; these feature the works of photographers who studied under Mr.Irie and are held annually in Tokyo and Osaka.
He was printing all works by himself after He produced teacher's black and white archive print.
He aimed at not those who take a picture but true photographer.
He walked and took the photograph besides managing the photograph shop in Awaji Island.

He falls while printing working, and dies in the hospital.
He had gone out to take a picture the day before when it died.
